About Us
Founded in August 2010, the Houston Hikers Society is a collective of dedicated community orientated people who take pride in the natural beauty of the area in which they live. We are devoted to promoting Houston and the surrounding area as a hiking destination for tourists, as well as promoting hiking as a form of recreation for locals.
